GM Consulting's approach to hiring the "right people" focuses on: 1) building broadly diverse and deeply qualified applicant pools, and 2) establishing and adhering to equitable candidate review and decision-making practices. We help clients develop or revise job descriptions, write and place ads, assess applications, conduct interviews, and negotiate hiring.

Conflict mediation
